Ashkelon SWRO BOT — Senior Design Manager
Design management for the Ashkelon seawater desalination BOT upgrade and expansion (existing facility toward ~220 Mm³/year capacity). Coordinating multidisciplinary design packages, reviewing process and engineering deliverables, supporting schedule and tender compliance, and providing senior process/PM input to project leadership — from concept and tender stages through design handover.
